Then you find out its already been agreed that Rangers will pay £1m to make it permanent this Summer regardless of anything.Not too bad, confirms they're utterly skint and reliant on season ticket money but we all know that.Why do Rangers then announce in the signing statement that it's Brightons decision to hold off making it permanent? Literally a line after saying Brighton couldn't recall him at the end of his loan as the deal is done, they claim Brighton didn't want it done permanently in January.
