James Arthur, former X-Factor c**t & his big weird irritating face.

He appears to have spent some thousands of pound on looking like a c**t.

Is this the c**t from the north east who Frankie Boyle sent packing?

Has to be Genghis Khan .  Killed a quarter of the entire population of the world.  That takes some doing.

However, when Hitler and Stalin and Mao come up it's always conveniently forgotten that the greatest genocide in human history is none of those but rather the European colonization of the Americas but there is no one bad villain character you can pin it on.

You obviously didn't read Swampy's Progressive Liberal's post explaining that the native population of the Americas were all dead before the Europeans arrived.

Dropping nukes on an imperialist country run amok involved in various atrocities across the Asia-Pacific region, presumably.

Pretty horrendous choice tbf. Dropping them, with the effects to see for all, could well have prevented a much broader nuclear conflict shortly down the line.

Bombing Hiroshima and Nagasaki killed more than 100,000 people and maybe close to twice the number.

That might sound like a lot but on average 35,000 people were dying every day during the second world war.
(and the conventional bombing of Tokyo was the highest single death toll of all)

Maybe the naval blockade and the Soviet declaration of war on Japan would have done it and the two bombs were never needed.
We will never know.

Another thing to consider is that the Japanese were ready to fight to the death to defend their own homelands.
The two bombs killed a lot of Japanese (and Koreans) but no Americans on the planes or on Tinian Island came to any harm.
Bit difficult to fight to death if it is only your side that does the dying.

Plenty of Americans were ready to bomb Sapporo next followed by other Japanese cities but Truman said no.
I think a lot of other candidates on this list took a much more casual approach to killing lots of people.

Interesting results, seems to ally with the level of outrage/care devoted to modern events/atrocities - geographical proximity is a large factor.

Given this, Stalin polled higher than I though he would, but still a long way to go to educate people as to the horrors of the Soviet Union and its ideology, considerably beyond the level and scope of evil that Hitler accomplished.
