No surprises at how it’s went. Stelios’s defensive short comings don’t get exposed too often in the diddy league, they’re getting exposed here though.

We could have had a couple other ones ourselves but we certainly deserve to be behind. Still in it but only just, need that next goal.

Scoreline a bit harsh on smurn. Penalty had a huge impact as we were fucking about and giving the ball away all over the place until then. They've been pretty good up front and in midfield.

We've both been defending like we're just back from our holidays.

This Stelios fella is great entertainment. There will be more goals.

What St Mirren do really well is play at a high tempo and press high up the pitch, what they don't do very well is defend or absorb pressure without making mistakes. That's why they haven't won against us this season - our attacking style is based on a bit of (not very high quality, at all) pressure to try to force errors and trying to defend strongly enough ourselves.

St Mirren haven't put Aberdeen under enough pressure, so they were always going to concede goals against the quality Aberdeen have going forward.

The f**k is this? Half time of Aberdeen v St Mirren, four goals scored, and we get five minutes of Bonner talking about Celtic and clips of them winning the trophy last season. f**k the BBC

The goalkeeping for Aberdeen's third is abysmal. Stelios will be highlighted for his atrocious header but no idea what Samson was thinking either.

While Samson is not a great keeper if you watch the replay and add in that he's looking into the sun, I think while he could have done better it's not a glaring error.

Yeah, that's mince.

On the flip side, Willie Miller seems to have moderated his opinion for television. On his open all mics performance recently he was like the harbinger of doom.

Saints don’t look a league behind Aberdeen in most areas of the pitch, and we already have a better defender than Stelios in the squad.

IF we get promotion, and add another 3-4 players in the summer, then I think we should be able to compete in the top league.

Did also think Samson could have done better for the second and third goals, but on the third I think the strong sun in his eyes didn’t help.

Just hope we can tighten things up in the second half and end up no further behind.

You see a different side of Miller when Aberdeen are losing. He's an absolute c**t.
