Aberdeen in 1969/70. Although that involves a bit of cheating, because a couple of earlier rounds were called "preliminary rounds".

The last time that it was all in from the first round was 1963/64, which was won by Rangers. They beat Stenny in round 1, Duns (?!) in round 2, Partick R3, Celtic QF, Dunfermline SF and Dundee in the final.

Duns - county town of Berwickshire - were an East of Scotland League club until the mid-1970s, then again for a seasons until last year.

No-one has ever won coming through qualifying, so the last time someone truly won starting at beginning was Hearts in 1890-91.

Only time a qualifier reached the Final was Albion Rovers in 1919-20; also finished bottom of top division... epic run:

Scottish Qualifying Cup
R1 ... Albion Rovers 3-0 Paisley GSFP
R2 ... Renton 0-0 Albion Rovers
R2r ... Albion Rovers 2-0 Renton
R3 ... bye
R4 ... bye
R5 ... scratched to Royal Albert

Scottish Cup
R1 ... Albion Rovers 0-0 Dykehead
R1r ... Dykehead 1-2 Albion Rovers
R2 ... walkover from Huntingtower
R3 ... St Bernard's 1-1 Albion Rovers
R3r ... Albion Rovers 4-1 St Bernard's
R4 ... Albion Rovers 2-1 Aberdeen
SF ... Albion Rovers 1-1 Rangers (at Parkhead)
SFr ... Albion Rovers 0-0 Rangers (at Parkhead)
SF2r ... Albion Rovers 2-0 Rangers (at Parkhead)
Final ... Kilmarnock 3-2 Albion Rovers (at Hampden)
