Using Priti Patel's recent trip to Israel as an example then, of course, she was on holiday. In fact, David Davis is on holiday in Brussels, discussing Brexit - Theresa May is holiday somewhere else doing much the same and some important diplomats from the UK are currently on holiday in Iran trying to negotiate the release of this woman.
