He is totally different to both Kane and Prunty. More in the Doris mould which is why he will have been signed, big and strong, obviously a replacement for him. Remember we have to work to a budget, and when we’ve got players here like ToB, Little, Hammy, Yule, Linn, Denholm, Swankie, McCord and Doris (imagine they’re our top earners) too then we can’t just keep signing these players all the time. His record with Peterhead is decent not great, only 6 last season but Peterhead were rotten, 14 the season before. Obviously will bring more than just his goals too. Wasn’t impressed at all with him when on loan at us and I also remember there was a strong rumour he fell out with Sheerin. Some sort of training ground bust up. He was on trial at us in pre season but didn’t get a deal as well. Hopefully this stay is a successful one and he is in and about the goals. I would like to see Kane get more of a chance when we’re cruising or on the other hand just really needing a goal. Guy needs minutes. Like last week last half hour would’ve been good, but think DC put Prunty on cause he’s in a similar position needing a chance and for his young lad to see him play at Hampden. Hopefully we shut up shop and one of McKenna or Murrell bang a last minute winner before unveiling a shirt which declares Angus must be merged. lichtie23 Posted November 19, 2017 Share Posted November 19, 2017 Well Berwick were absolute murder. No threat at all going forward, very little in the midfield and poor at the back. The LB (number 14) had one of the worst performances Iv seen at Gayfield. We were very comfortable and didn’t really get out of 2nd gear. McIntosh with a very impressive 2nd debut.
