Question is,what was the committee doing about all the abuse to the goalie if it was that bad they could've intervened and evicted the fans, the committee must of heard it as there was probably about 100 fans there at the game or are they only interested in taking the money

You’ve never met Dougie Hynd ...have you?

Oakley is a shite hole.

Far be it from me to criticise or defend a Fifer but aren’t you being a little unreasonable? This letter from Winston Churchill would suggest that Dundeh has been a shitehole for more than a century.

President of the SJFA East Region and Secretary of Oakley.

First time I remember seeing Dougie was Fife cup semi final Thornton v Kelty in 1996. Kelty were one nil up and Dougie plays about five minutes of stoppage time for some reason and Thornton score with last kick of the ball.  Kelty proceed to go 2-1 up in extra time and he does the same again at the end of extra time and Thornton score with last kick off the ball again and win on penalties, Kelty team was going mad. Think he was involved with one of the Oakley amateur teams as well?

Good guy.:thumsup2

Better still, in 1922 the good people of Dundee booted out the man who'd been First Lord of the Admiralty in WWI and would go on to be Prime Minister during WWII...

... they favoured the wonderfully named Edwin Scrymgeour of the Scottish Alcohol Prohibition Party. Only seat they ever won. He went on to hold it until 1931.
