LondonHMFC
A couple weeks ago, my Mrs passed me her old laptop http://www.argos.co.uk/product/7498251 as she had got a new one. It does a job, but looking to install a SSD into it, to quicken it up a bit. Anyway, unscrewed the back, but there is no obvious sign of where to open it up. It seems to be almost like an all in one plastic casing. Have tried googling, but struggling to find anything. Just seeing on the off chance if one of the tech wizards has come across (oo er) this problem before?

Wile E Coyote
Go to youtube and search for "remove HDD HP <model number of your laptop>" and you should see an instruction video of what to do
BFTD
I used to be a tech, but gave it up as I hated it. I'll take a look, but I'm not up to speed on the latest models of...well, anything really.
