MrDust Posted November 11, 2017 Share Posted November 11, 2017 Never been a fan of the 4-2-3-1 formation unless you have a good striker who can hold the ball up and bring folk into play. If you have quality it works, if you are average or shite, its far too mechanical for my liking and it highlights you need more quality, we have had chances but the ball into the box needs to be pinpoint, which it isn't when you don't have quality.
