West Region fixtures for December ?

That was the intention. But the wording of the motion adopted actually says "to March" so the best we can hope for from SR is probably fixtures till the end of February...

So technically, on that basis, Fixtures Man has met his deadlines with fixtures "to December" so far ? So does that mean that we might not get the fixtures for 2nd December until 30th November ?

The autumn leaves were gently falling, when the fixtures man came calling

He said 'I'm struggling to remember,if this is August or November

And because of numerous strictures, I've lost the plot regarding fixtures

But hopefully,ma Ruggie chum,Santa will bring them doon the lum.' :(

Soz guys...carry on.  :)

That appears to be the way HE sees it, and there's no evidence the rest of the management committee has taken him to task over it.

The GM in January might prove interesting though.

“For season 2017/18 the Regional Secretary shall produce a fixture list, by no later than 31st August for the period October to December; by no later than 30th November for the period January to March; and by no later than 28th February for the period April to the end of the season.”

Badly worded then as saying "to December" is his technical get-out clause. According to this he doesn't need to put the December fixtures out until it suits him. So look out for them going out on the Monday beforehand.

PETER. How long have you been involved as a club official/part-time
striker in junior football lol?  You are correct with your reference, but
we are talking about a man who should have been put out to pastures
some time ago. Totally and utterly incompetent!  We all know why he
is still in charge.... SHAMBLES!

Why is that, why is he still in charge ?
Clubs had a vote to change it and chose not too.
Any other reason ? Genuine question

Lo and behold! SR's phantom fixtures for 25th November have finally disappeared now that the Junior Cup R3 draw is out.

What chance any time soon after those games go up on the SJFA web pages we might get some December fixtures too??!!

He still has Clydebank v Glenafton on 18th November. Glens are away to Livingston that day in the big cup.

So if he NEVER produces a set of fixtures for December or March he won't contravene these rules. Laughable.

Cumnock given 5 home games In a row.
I understand that pretty much the games will be guaranteed to go ahead, however it leaves them with 3 home games from January to May.  (Subject to cup draws)

As they are at home in the West on Saturday and the Scottish in two weeks they have a home game every weekend from now to Christmas!!!!
