Billy is a UEFA A License holder, with experience in Scottish Senior, Non-League and Youth football grades, and comes to the club following a successful spell in charge of East Kilbride F.C. in the Lowland League. Following the appointment of the new manager, both Jimmy Lindsay and Willie McCulloch have left the club. The club wishes to thank Jimmy and Willie for all their efforts at Arthurlie, in particular their professionalism in preparing the team for Saturday’s Scottish tie.
