Lichtie78
Fantastic highlights package from Ayr. We really are missing a poacher in this squad, the amount of times we put balls into the box and there’s no one there is infuriating. If only we’d gotten Prunty a season or two earlier. As a keeper what more can you want? Had 3 saves to make and never made one. Think of the amount of chances we had and what Hart in their goals done, was a good performance from him but not outstanding he done what was expected. Even with the one on one, wasn’t the best shot from Bobby, same as Shanklands, was a good save but not a great one, what you’d expect your keeper to do. Got down and spread himself well, Hutton took a knee. Every team needs their keeper to bail out the defence from time to time and we don’t have someone that can do that. Near impossible to restrict a team to zero chances.

Hutton saved a shot from Crawford during the first half, and I'm sure Moff got a touch on the cross which Hutton played off Gold. He was definitely at fault for the first, and possibly the fourth but to be fair Moore hit his shot with a hell of a lot of power. All in all though, Hutton is far from the best keeper in the division.
No_Problemo
Quite a poor selection of goalkeepers in the league this season actually compared to others.
D'Jaffo
Quite a poor selection of goalkeepers in the league this season actually compared to others. Yeah there’s no other keeper in this league I’d trade Hart for. Every big save he makes now is a big “f**k you” to the people who still think he’s shite. SotesBornalichtie
After listening to Dick Campbell's post match interview where he complained that we had a lot of chances to score but didn't, maybe he should have made a loan signing of a striker rather than midfielder. Or even, since we had strikers on the bench, put on Hester or Prunty as subs. Although thinking back to the match Ayr were just a little bit fitter, quicker and stronger than us all over the park which is only to be expected from a full time side. lichtie1320
I'm sorry, but that's never a penalty. You might argue its a bit of a 50/50 collision, but really it's pretty obvious that the Arbroath player jumps into Docherty. Sure were in for a striker... but as for your point he had a front 2 playing that have 14 league goals between them. [emoji1] They’re pretty capable finishers.
