I think we're essentially in agreement here.

I think King's comments were made in absolute anticipation of McInnes coming to them when an approach was made.  I'll admit that I thought the same, but my thoughts matter a lot less than King's

I do think that they're probably right back where they started, except for the fact that their prime target is now out of the picture altogether.

Murty will probably be the result, especially if they win another game or two under him.  They're big favourites for example, to win today.

They were massive favourite's against Accies & Dundee more so against Accies as it was at Ibrox.

They are so unpredictable as the subsequent matches have shown, personally though it is a game they would expect to win, they could never be a consideration on my coupon, even the diehards who go to matches home and away watch matches with a level of trepidation, this is due to their squad being no more than serviceable at this level and the fans are unaware how they will play on any given day.

The Rangers didn’t get their man

Despite conceited hype

And to no one’s real surprise

Reverted then to type

“This cannot be! He turned us down?”

Surprise soon turned to hate

They found a target soon enough

Their bigotry to sate

The usual vile offensive bile

Spewed forth quite unabated

And yet these tiny minded twats

Don’t get why they are hated

That's very good.

I've obviously missed something but what is all the concomitant business?

Read the Statement released by The Rangers after McInnes said "Nein!" not just for concomitant but for the general hilarity of its unrequited love

Subjects aside, both of these were well worked rhymes, well done

Something to do with besmirching, my sources up the marble staircase tell me.
