Intriguing

Anymore detail SD?

This would be the 2nd fundamental misunderstanding of the rules by Welsh officials, we really need to look into how we work this if it remains a cross - border competition.

Ref wouldnt let us put a 4th sub on in extra time. He wasnt aware that was allowed. To be fair TNS and the Welsh FA official both knew and confirmed the rule but he wouldnt let us make the 4th sub until he had consulted with officials at half time.

Our manager knew the rules incidentally, he didnt come over to ask them, he came over to let us know what was going on.

You should be. Losing to a Welsh mob.

We drew to East Kilbride this season. Nothing will top that. TNS are a good side. The only folk who would deem this an embarrassing result are likely OF levels of ignorant.

The referees in this comp have not been upto speed with competition rules.

It's a real shame Naysmith actually knew the rules and wasn't sending out the SD signal for clarification before you tell him he's slightly wrong and provide an in depth explanantion of the correct rule.

I’m sure it said on the tv that the official was Irish?

Tie should be replayed imo.

Missed this game because of work and only got round to seeing it just now - those are some pretty p!ss-poor penalties alright.

Just one thing (and apologies if it's been mentioned earlier), but why did the shoot-out go ABAB instead of this crappy new ABBA method?  Is the Challenge Cup sticking to the old (and, IMO, better) way of doing things?
