They've qualified for three tournaments since we were at France 98.Against England the other night they were well organised, passed well and were dangerous on the counter attack. Tonight showed their passing, movement and general athleticism were far superior to ours, albeit they didn't create as many clear chances as their possession deserved. We finished 3rd missing out on goal difference only! Try answering without the rage and see if you can be a little bit positive, at least! There are a number of reasons we didn't qualify the players also need to take responsibility as does the manager as does the SFA unfair to blame everything on the manager. the fans also - noticed a buzz for this game because we are on a winning run but with a population of 5 million we didn't fill hampden for all the games!!! It's probably something statistically insignificant in a lot of cases. It's not as if we're coming up against man mountains all the time, or the teams qualifying for finals tournaments look like a police convention. Seems like a total cop-out or deflection exercise. Sorry but you can't blame the Scotland fans after Strachan stayed on for another's campaign despite not qualifying for euros then the start we had.
