The_Pit_Owns
The team definitely seem to have regressed from the beginning of the season. In the first few games, we had the ball down on the deck and were trying to play football but we have now resorted to lumping the ball forward to no one again. Why does Fraser Mullen insist on taking all free kicks? He's not the dead ball specialist that he seems to think he is. David Syme was desperate to take them yesterday but Mullen overruled him and continued to do f*ck all with them. Surely Brad Smith would be a better option? Joe McGovern would be a better option!!! Billy - please remove Mullen from corners and free kicks. He's brutal. No real positives from yesterday against a poor Annan side. The only player who gets pass marks in McGovern who I thought should maybe have done better at the goal but I would need to see it again.

If only we could reproduce the way we played for the first 20mins against Elgin. As you say we've gone backwards since then and must be the poorest team in the league. What are we doing in training? I know Whittaker was injured but if fit he should start.

Robbie Buchanan seems to be the first name on the team sheet but when was the last time you can say that he had a good game? Does Buchanan have a clause in his contract that he must play every week? Ali Smith seems to have joined Robbie on the 'must play' list. What does he offer? Ben Stirling seems like a better option.
The Minertaur
I've said for ages that we're a man down with Buchanan in the team. Amazed we signed him after Hearts released him. I don't think he'd cut it in the juniors.

I would argue he is the second name behind miller. Kyle must have some amount of dirt on someone at the club. Hes played over 200 games for us without being any better than shite. Aye, Stirling sitting on the bench is a joke too. We are lucky that Edinburgh and Clyde aren't doing too well. We'll lose against Stirling and could well be cut adrift by then. I amazed that alarm bells aren't ringing at CP.
iateallthepies
We all seem to be agreed that the long ball game is not only horrible to watch but completely ineffective and that we need to get back to the way we were playing at the start of the season. Surely Billy can see that as well. I agree with the posts about the various players. Kyle Miller is a player I have always liked but he looks as miserable as sin at the moment, moaning at teammates, opponents and officials from first whistle to last. All his bookings are for dissent. Maybe a change of position or a couple ,of games out of the firing line would help If he was on form it would really help the younger players./
