I wonder if the boiler would be ok if the "Twisted Sisters" weren't playing in Glasgow today!!

No need to be so cynical. It's a genuine problem and the gate money will be missed with a string of away games coming up!

Two of the next four Pollok league games are at Newlandsfield.....

Not so.

The Clydebank fixture on 7th October IS back on, but the published game vs Talbot on the 28th is (like all the others on that date) a phantom fixture conjured out of SR's demented brain, as on 28th October almost all West Region clubs will be involved in Round 2 of the Junior Cup.

A similar fate will quite possibly befall the Cumnock game on 25th November (due to R3 of the Junior Cup) so apart from that game vs Bankies, Pollok have no guarantee of a home fixture until (maybe) December  .... and of course  Mr Grumpy still hasn't published December fixtures as the constitution now stipulates that he should have!

Poor old Saltcoats thrown out the cup for telling the truth now we have
Dodgy dressing rooms leaking boilers players suddenly due at work or last minute holidays
It's shameful tbh f**k the Glasgow derby none of those clubs would save any of our clubs from going to the wall

To be fair none of the junior clubs stopped the old Rangers from going to the wall.

Won't matter anyway as the Scottish takes priority and you will be down to play hurlford next weekend so money shouldn't be an issue.

Most Lok fans support the club because they detest the Old Firm and couldn't give a damn about them! And it constantly amuses us who live so close to Ibrox and Parkhead to see the convoy of buses from the back of beyond in deepest Ayrshire or Lanarkshire filled with glory hunters attaching themselves to these clubs!

Fixtures were arranged on Scottish Cup dates as clubs requested that league fixtures be allocated on such dates

That is not correct. No such "request" was made.

The AGM motion removed the option not to have fixtures on the September holiday weekends.

The fact that one of those coincides with SJFA Cup R1 is coincidental and irrelevant.
