Fony Titz
McShane got off to a bit of a shaky start with us, with plenty of Saints fans not happy with him, and thinking he and McGinn couldn't play together. I think some still feel that, and I've a feeling that he'll be the one to make way when Magennis eventually recovers from that pre-season 'friendly' injury. I'm really glad we have him though as it's a squad game, as we've needed to show in these first 7 games with all the injuries and suspensions. I think McShane making way depends more on how our defence is shaping up. We should be looking to go back to 4 at the back meaning a midfield 5 of Morgan, Mcginn, McShane, Mcgennis and Smith. So i would see Mcginn and Mcshane are the 'sitters' that provide the platform to allow the other three to break forward and support Reilly. I feel the 5 we have played at the back has been out of necessity just now until Jack has a back 4 he can truly trust free from injury and syspension.I'm quite excited by the prospect.
