Eckersley appeal rejected, obviously. He won't be available for Saturday.

It was utter nuts to appeal however the Dunfermline player elbowed Adam first and walks scott free. Sticking by my prediction QOS to take the three points. Anyone care to name our defence fot this game. Davis and Big Mac still injured

Who is actually fit and available?

Baird, Whyte, Stelios and Irvine, with Smith a possible? Fuxake.

Baird and Whyte at CH? Is Smith back? Can Irvine play CH?

I can't imagine playing 3-5-2 with just one fit CH, who is also Jack Baird.

So...

Smith/Irvine - Baird - Whyte - Stelios.

We're going to get roasted.

Shame we can't Hibs it and get an "emergency" 'all our defenders are crocked or have acted like dickheads' loan.

Why cant you?

On the first part... yeah, possibly. But that is one HELL of a makeshift defence, no matter which way you look at it. If Smith isn't fit, then not one of those would be in the first team under normal circumstances.

On the second part... budget, probably. All the $t Mirr£n jokes aside, we've got a pretty big squad and our playing budget is pretty much at maximum.

The Falkirk fans predicted that we would pump them and we duly did.  I would settle for the same again.  Or a jammy 1-0 smash and grab for that matter.

A draw wouldn't be a disaster but we could do with a win to arrest the slide before talk of a possible slide happens.

Exception that proves the rule, imo ;)

For all their defensive problems, the saintees still have a lot of attacking firepower, something Falkirk didnt ... at all.

Double D's could have a field day!

St Mirren's only trick seemed to be to pass the ball to Morgan and hope he can beat 7 opposition players and the goalkeeper.

Keep him quiet and you'll be fine.
