Pretty sure it was the worst film ever made in the entire history of the planet, given the quality of the script it had to work from. Should be an entry in the guide. The film adaptation WAS shite. The series was good but like Blackadder it needed time to bed in. As to the worst film ever made...? Through necessity I've seen many a bad film on TCM. And let me tell you they HAVE BEEN BAD. Forfinn
The radio series was the original and best. Might have to look out the CDs for a relisten.

King Kebab
He isn't mentioned, but as long as Stephen Moore is doing Marvin, I'm in!!!
welshbairn
I really hope this isn't awful, sequels cobbled together after the creator's death usually are. The Director's name is Dirk Maggs though, which can only bode well.
Bully Wee Villa
I couldn't get into the novel of "And Another Thing", so not sure about this.Loved all the original novels. There is a decline in quality for Fish/Mostly Harmless but they're still pretty good. Have the TV series on DVD, might ask for the original radio series for Christmas, I assume you can buy it?
