NELLY
Peterhead were miles better than us fact however I have seen in the last 2 games a not a lack of effort but more a lack of fitness and almost a lethargic nature to some players. We can be limited yes but the nature in which we let people run off us or bouncing balls and not attacking it. Looks to me like some players are going through the motions. Some of our bigger players too e.g Syme and mullen. Mullen is a wee dick - someone shouted let someone else take the corners (no swearing etc) he turns around up to the terrace and shouts f**k off ya idiot. Whilst game is in play and he is running back to help out defensively. That shows me one he aint focused and is more interested in terracing shouts. Rumsby and buchanan tried hard thats it for me. Rutherford has to be the worst left back ive seen in a cowden jersey. We are where we are with our squad albeit extremly limited. I would go 5 at the back with rutherford left wing back and and mcinally right wing back. syme/rumsby/pyper - stirling/mullen with brad smith. Muirhead and robbie. For billy brown NOT to play brad smith is unbelievable. I dont know if the kid is nursing an injury or what but he has to play!!. The young boy connelly has to get some game time too.. Not sure why he dont play this kid who doesnt look out of place. He plays him away to dundee utd but then wont bring him on when 3 nil down to peterhead or 1 nil down to stenny etc. We dont create a lot of chances but earlier in season we played with a zip to us and almost a freedom. Confidence is no doubt low and for me its all about back to basics - defending with a lot of men behind the ball and pressing in the right areas (dont think our fitness is good enough for this though) in brad smith/muirhead/buchanan we have guys who can keep the ball and get us into better areas. We really are struggling so hopefully we can pull out another loan signing similar to carrick to give us a player who can make a real difference. CowdenLoyal
To be fair, it was a fucking sore one that day for any Par. On their way to shafting local businesses once again too if rumours are to be believed.

To think a lot of Cowden fans put money in your collection buckets as well, thankfully there are some decent Pars fans out there and not all attention seekers like yourself. He told fans to f*ck off after he was sent off last season as well. Whoever it was that shouted had a point though - his corners and set pieces in general are awful. Why does he see himself as a set piece specialist? He's scored twice from free kicks and they were both in the same game. Rutherford is a terrible "footballer" but his corners aren't too bad - a lot better than Mullen's anyway.

PELE
Mullen has got to be the worst corner kick taker we have ever had. As for Rutherford, I have said it before, he is not a defender. He needs to be further up the pitch. He is much better on the attack.
NELLY
Mullens attitude on the pitch is shocking. His discipline is poor on the pitch and that dont just mean bookings etc. He is very amateurish in how he goes about his business. Rutherford is a left back therefore he is a defender he just is not very good at it. He is better in an attacking sense but even then he is poor. Josh Morris to me looks well out of his depth but he got better as game went on so give him a couple more games to judge fully. Manager has a massive job on his hands to get this team winning games with current squad.

Hes solid for us and an organiser. No nonsense player - shit on the ball but so is our "footballing" players.. One of few to have pass marks. Our captain and leads by example in the way he gives 100%.
NewBlue
I never felt that Rumsby got a fair crack at it when he was with us. All of our defenders were poor at the time and he still never seemed to get a chance.
