Defensively,  this is the worst and most shambolic I've seen us since McInnes took over. Teams are simply running through our midfield for a pop on goals.

Saturday is our last game in our run of 'easier' games against potential bottom 6 clubs. Time for McInnes to get this nonsense sorted out before it really comes back to bite us.

We must play Stewart. We must drop McLean.

Lewis

Logan

O'Connor

Arnason

Considine

Ball

Shinnie

Stewart

Christie

Wright

May

Perfect game to get Arnason in.

Ball in DM just ahead of Tansey gives Shinnie the freedom to drive forward.

Thursday is a bigger game imho though.

Excellent, Boyd will use his blistering pace to exploit such weaknesses.

Interesting. Aberdeen doing so well yet still the shoogly fear.

Let's swap our defenders before the game. Still feart?

No shoogly fear.

Just an acknowledgement of the reality of where we are at this moment.

I'm comparing our defence/midfield at this time against the (relatively) high standards we've set over the last few years, not the continual shambles that is Killie's defence.

We'll still win comfortably tomorrow. I'm more concerned about tougher games in the next 6 weeks or so.

This thread is taking a very bizarre course.

Most dons fans have highlighted defensive issues which we've seen in just about every game so far this season. It's a legitimate concern with the run of games coming up.

Killie fans seem very sensitive to us commenting on potential weaknesses in the team.

It's the illusion of hope that crushes us, we prefer to acknowledge that we are f**ked and proceed accordingly.

Dons to trample this Killie  Ayrshire muck into the ground and show them the might of the north-east, in the form of goals, goals and more goals. Fatty Boyd to be pechin out his arse in the first half, Anthony O'Connor et al to shackle the "talents" of Rory McKenzie, and his band of children who populate the Killie first eleven. Shinnie to literally shit on Lee McCulloch post-match, by way of asserting dominance on the beta-male. Derek McInnes to shag Mrs McCulloch on Saturday night after a celebratory bottle of malbec down the golf club.

Is this the sort of brazen predictions the Ayrshire Killie Bois were looking for?

There was a time when we would have replied in kind but when you've watched the shite we've had to optimism is harder to gather up than mercury with boxing gloves.
