Tonsilitis
The extended highlights show how good Gaston's saves from the Dobbie free kick and Lyle header were.

Fordyce tracks the run of Tidser(?) who goes wider of Quitongo. Tapping should, arguably, close him down quicker and Jacobs is too far away to make a challenge but Fordyce does exactly what any full back would do. Only the very simple of mind would find that bemusing Only the simple of mind would leave Quitongo one on one with any player, particularly just after the absolute swording that he delivered in a similar contest for the opening goal. If your right-back had the good sense to double up on Quitongo with your jobber midfielder then he probably wouldn't have got his shot away. Instead you got punished for spunking your budget on some washed-up has-beens and for having some gubbins right-back to field against the best forward in the league as a consequence. That's a terrible, wee shame.

Do you need pictures to understand? Fordyce left Tapping and Jacobs on Quitongo and tracked Tidsers run wide. The problem was that Jacobs didnt get close enough. 15 minutes ago, virginton said: Instead you got punished for spunking your budget on some washed-up has-beens and for having some gubbins right-back to field against the best forward in the league as a consequence.
