A few weeks later having forgotten about it, I received a letter informing me of my win and to go to the ticket office at Glebe park to collect. There were no grand prizes, he'd just give away tat he had at home as prizes. Won a tatty book about cricket, signed by the cricketer. Gave it to my brother for his Christmas present. I also won a Facebook competition where you had to predict the winner of the 2012 Open Championship. It was for £200 worth of golf clothing and I wrote Ernie Els then completely forgot about it. A year later I checked the 'Other' folder in my messages and saw a DM saying I'd won. I replied saying 'superb, how do I collect my prize?' as if there wasn't a year-long gap between messages, and he told me to piss aff. Guy could've made more of an effort to get in touch with me though, even a friend request would've been enough for me to see that message...
