Jimmy Frame - Rangers and Dumbarton

This forward - full name James Buchanan Frame - was born on 22nd October 1929... He signed for Rangers from Clydebank Juniors in September 1948 but only seems to have made 1 first-team appearance the month before (as a trialist?), probably as he was on national service: he played for the British Army v England in November 1949, suggesting he was fairly handy.

He signed for Dumbarton in December 1950 and was a regular over the next 3 seasons, scoring 24 goals in 62 games, winning the St Mungo Quaich (and a Stirlingshire Cup).

He then joined Worcester of the Southern League in September 1953.

Anyone know what subsequently happened to him, and if he's still alive?
