Mattmc
Saints finally win with a good 4-1 win against mids. Biggest upset of tonight must be at stair park with the reserves Beating newton Stewart 2-1. Stranraer probably deserved winners too. Could of had a few more goals second half. Newton 1 up at half time thanks to a good ball from McKie and a free header from Middleton.Stranraer equalised straight after half time through McCutcheon and got the winner through the number ten after Cooksley had been sent off for Newton. A great ball from McCutcheon and a well timed run and finish sealed it. Same boy that got the winner could of easily walked for a two footed lunge from behind not long after the Newton sending off. Away team looked good and very organised first half but seemed to resort to long, high balls in the second. Gary McCutcheon probably the best on the park. Spent the second have spreading passes everywhere.
Reserves
Great result from the reserves. Mccoutchen Baxter McIntyre Scott best players on park by a mile, as Matthew said Gary ran the show whole second half, Newtown couldn't get near him. Everyone got to remember it's a long long season
