Glasgow and surrounding areas Sunday central Afl under the banner of "football central" are delighted to announce we are adding Friday night football to our continued expansion. We are inviting teams to express an interest in the first instance. Season will run from march to November and played at three central venues . Leagues will be a maximum of twelve teams giving 22 games a season, cups may also be a possibility. sctv Posted August 17, 2017 Author Share Posted August 17, 2017 Had some interest and looking for further details so....At the present time we are taking information from interested teams, with the aim to fill a 12 team league in the first instance.Preference in the first season will be given to Glasgow and surrounding areas if the numbers exceed 12.Games will be played on a Friday evening ko anytime between 6.30pm thru to 8pm ko and aimed to be played on 3G.Costs as with sunday central will be split 50-50 to a maximum of £ 70 for away teams.The league will start march/April thru to oct/Nov incorporating 22 fixtures and possibly a cup competition.Our costs are £100 membership fee safa fees are then,at present, £70 safa affiliation, £40 public liability insurance, £110 team insurance along additional insurance available.This is to give players /teams another option , some have come away from the usual playing days so not trying to take from other leagues unless it suits the teams.Referee fees at set at present at £40Regards Alex McDowall Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
