cabbage74
Different league, another season, same old problems. Jim's stating his player dealings are done! I guess that means we'll have 1 midfielder starting in defence each week.

This is nothing new, throughout his management career, McInally has always brought in a load of Midfielders in the belief that they can fill in over the pitch. It's debatable if it's worked. Mason Robertson is now officially a central defender although apparently he can also play up front. Jason Brown used to be a midfielder but is now officially a central defender although he plays at right back because we don't have one. Jamie Stevenson is officially a midfielder who played at right back last season but is filling in at left back because the left back we have signed is nowhere near ready to play. Something like that? cabbage74
I'm sure they'll all get a game in defence at some point.

I doubt this as he appears to have attended the Willem van der Ark school of heading. 6ft 5" on the ground and 5ft 10" when jumping for the ball. It would help if he was interested first too. Went to primary school with him and he never seemed too interested. Could be the reasoning for what you are saying above

Neilly
Hi Russell. For what it's worth I agree with your sentiment judging someone from primary school when they are now a grown adult is utterly bizarre. No wonder you are seething.
Ivo den Bieman
How Jim McInally still has a job really is beyond me. Peterhead look a dispirited shambles. Even when they score they don't look that interested /bothered. On present form a John Sheran-style season in League Two beckons.
