Mark Connolly
That's a bit harsh, Rashford hasn't tried to go down, he's fallen over trying to avoid a wild challenge.

Yeah he had to leap to avoid the challenge so a booking for that seems pretty harsh.
GiGi
Ref booked Rashford for that but didn't book Valencia or Sanchez for literally pulling down opponents who beat their men running into the box. Strange.
Mark Connolly
Spurs have been shite since the first 15 minutes.

7-2
Surprised at that. I had Spurs down as near certs for the Cup this season given they were playing the last two games at home. Revamped super stadium or not, I wonder how long they'll be able to hold on to everyone given their best chances of actually winning something over the last couple of seasons have now gone. Strange. Anthony Taylor is very inconsistent like most of the EPL refs.
pandarilla
It's a scissor action, both feet off the ground, makes contact with the opponent, but the lads in the studio don't want to see someone sent off for that. What do they think is a red card? That wasn't a red card chief. It was an ugly challenge but it didn't have the out of control force needed to send him off. jimmy boo
This second semi could do with a goal. Preferably for Southampton.
throbber
Awful game, as bad as the first half of Rangers Hearts.
accies1874
This has almost made Rangers-Hearts look exciting. Almost. There was also as much atmosphere from a crowd deliberately staying quiet than there is in a cup semi-final.
7-2
I'd forgotten this was on given the Arsene Wenger Memorial Match build up.
