Platinum membership expired early

Mentioned this in the "constantly being logged out" thread but this it might merit its own thread.

As per attached screengrabs, platinum membership autorenewed on 10th December but the site is now saying it expired yesterday having been purchased in July 2016 so I'm getting ads.

I don't know if this is linked to the other issue or whether it's a separate one. Could someone enable the extension to December 10 please?

This is usually caused by users having previous recurring payments set up on PayPal that are not tied to the payment system we introduced this time last year.

Best thing here is that I refund the transaction and you then cancel any recurring subscriptions in PayPal to us then open a new subscription (if you wish). It will be fine going forward.

Let me know your PayPal email address and I'll refund the full amount. PM me!

I think I'm due to pay in August. Could you check if I've set it to renew automatically or not? I don't want to pay twice by accident.
