The Broty signing are great quality at a local level.

Should give them an excellent chance of being the "Tayside Champs"

Just do not think it is a squad actually capable of competing with the Lothian teams

So long as they and 14 other teams finish ahead of Carnoustie.

Guessing that Garry Kenneth is ex Dundee United and Carnoustie - amongst others. What age is he now? And what size?

Surely no theeee Garry  Kenneth who I saw torn apart in Sweden playing for oor national side I don't think never to be seen again in the dark blue. Levein gave some players debuts but jeezo that was a long night.

Fair play though if it is no many junior players can say that. :thumsup2

Be a lot cheaper this year. Rather than Sweden it will be Perth, Dundee, Bo'ness and Linlithgow to name but a few.

Blackburn seem to be making some very good signings and could have a good season, getting Rarity is a fantastic piece of business who will bring experience with him, they don't seem to be standing still in bringing in better players.

Looks like the bulk of last seasons squad has been re-signed which is great news, and the management are adding a bit more quality/experience to compete in the Premier rather than just trying to survive.

Should be an interesting season as on the face of it there are a lot of evenly matched teams, there wont be the gulf between top and bottom that exists in the South.

Winning your first few games is key, Downfield are very direct and blow hot and cold, Bathgate are not as strong as last season but have some very good players, Arniston away is also a tough one but the players will be looking forward to these games, it is a close league as you said.

Have Bathgate made any signings or lost any players? Very quiet from them

Quiet from Whitburn as well, Fauldhouse making some decent signings (and re-signings).
