Always disappointing when you had to use professional photos from a game Rab. Much better for everyone to see your first hand IPad ones. Couldn’t get away to Porto for a night?

Unfortunately not last night HM. What a win eh? :D

Any reason you've ignored their game against Besiktas

Terrific game at the Bernabeu last night. Neymar showed glimpses of his world class talent but was overall very quiet. PSG looked in control until they gave away a ridiculous penalty. I thought Marcelo was superb last night. Very much looking forward to the 2nd leg.

The Real Madrid v PSG game was played at a glacial pace: while it is foolish to ever rule Real Madrid out of Champions League contention, neither side looked good enough to win it on the basis of their showing last night. The English sides generally look stronger and are simply much faster at the moment in both their pressing and movement of the ball. Barcelona are also a distinctly average team by the standards of Europe's elite, so Bayern are probably the only side that stands a good chance of stopping the English sides from dominating the latter stages of the competition this season.

The Spanish superpowers will respond by strengthening in the summer and then the cycle will start over again.

Nah Barca psg real and Bayern would all dispose of every English team except man city without much fuss.  Don't believe the hype.

Spurs beat real Madrid 3-1 and had drawn 1-1 against them...

Yeah in the group, that's two times world and European champions real Madrid btw.  What have spurs done?  A fairs cup 60 years ago?  They have one player that would trouble reals squad and they'll probably buy him in the summer.

Hth

Of course they would.  Group stages don't matter, and, this is why I show contempt for people's opinions on here, you have to look into a wee bit you can't just go spurs won blah blah so they're better.  I watch real Madrid every week, they were on their worst run of form for years when those games happened.  Now they've turned a corner, if they played spurs this weekend they'd be massive favourites as they're a better team with better players.
