Man Utd were complete garbage til they went 1-0 down, then finally started trying to play football and managed to grab an equaliser (lol at delph).

If the keep playing like they have for the last five mins they'll win.

Don't think Delph can really be blamed...it's come over Otamendi's head and he's had no time to react. Good game to watch with chances at both ends...City probably should have scored a couple more but for De Gea but it was Ederson's double save that takes the cake for me. Delighted at the result...delighted to see Mouriho a seething mess...delighted to see the £75million man Lukaku underperform catastrophically...guid day

Just seen Klolpp's interview. A ball of seething, rattled mess who once again can't take any responsibility for his team's utter capitulation. Delightful.

Guys an average coach that the English media love.

He is mega arrogant and always blames someone else.

Liverpool are further behind the league leaders than they have for many years.

I'm that fussed about the result today to be honest. The squad was rotated and no-one got injured. Disappointing, but shit happens.

You aren`t fussed about not winning a derby match against a shit Everton team?

Good for you. I doubt that`s how most Liverpool  fans feel.

Certainly the Liverpool manager sounds clearly pissed off.

Well done for looking at the bigger picture.

Well he’s not just average tbf.

And so are everyone else.

Tbf he isn't as great as he's cracked up. He had Dortmund as perennial second placers while the rest of the Bundesliga was either a complete state, or had far less money, before he almost got them relegated.

Did he not win the bundesliga with a record points total? Also they finished just outside Europe I thought in final season?

To say Klopp wasn’t good at Dortmund is complete nonsense, winning the league 2 years on the trot (whilst breaking records along the way) and leading Dortmund to their first ever domestic double was an incredible achievement.

However, he has been found wanting at Liverpool. He has consistently failed to address the defensive issues the side has which is their downfall given they’ve got a front 4 as good as any in world football.

His selection policy and tactical nous during games leaves a lot to be desired.

Why you’d leave (arguably) your best player on the bench fresh off a midweek hat trick, then sub your top goal scorer after 57 (think that was when Salah went off) minutes when only 1 nil up, start with a relatively inexperienced novice as your main striker in a derby is just mind boggling.

the english media certainly don't love him, they were in awe of him for 6 months that quikcly changed.

and just for your information we were 14th when he took over, i'd say we are closer now.

the only issue i have with him at times is his subs, usually leaves it a bit late, i would have liked coutinho on a bit earlier yesterday we had went a bit stale even though they couldn't get a kick.

They are fourth, in fairness. Not sure how much higher people expect Liverpool to be.

With a front line of Coutinho, Salah, Firminio and Mane, they should be a serious challenger for the league

we are still a defensive mid and a Centre back away from being serious challengers but we're slowly getting better
