Waddell leaves Preston after 19 seasons to remain as league chairman - surely not.

Hearing that Lowland League chairman has walked away from his club, Preston Athletic, so he can stay on as league chairman for another season - anyone able to confirm this? 

If true this is shocking that this has been aloud to happen and shows Dr Waddell in his true light, a self indulging twat. 

To spend 19 seasons with Preston and then just walk away at the time they need all the help they can get is nothing short of disgusting. 

Also, questions the integrity of the club he is joining who are happy to take him on, word on the street is he is joining Edinburgh University. 

He should resign his position and allow people who have the leagues interest at heart take it forward, you Mr Waddell only care about one thing - yourself.

Unsure why Dr Waddell had to walk away from Preston Athletic (if it's true).   Kenny Murray is the Treasurer of the South of Scotland League and yet he is on the Committee of Dalbeattie Star in the Lowland League and also on the Committee of the Lowland League.
