Did they not welcome the idea of taking Trident over the Irish sea in the event of a pro independence vote in the Indy Ref?

Theresa May's going to announce the aiming of Trident missiles at the Holy See any minute now.

CHEDDAR CHEESE AND PINEAPPLE ON A STICK

These in jokes get used far too easily on here at times. Here they've never been more relevant.

Line dancing is as sinful as any other type of dancing, with its sexual gestures and touching. It is an incitement to lust.

Mervyn Storey is the Chair of the DUP’s Education Committee.

He is also a member of the Caleb Foundation that believes, amongst other things, that the Earth is less than 10,000 years old despite the fact that is most certainly is not.

Disregarding science and reason, ‘Young Earthers’ as they’re known, subscribe to the literal interpretation of the Book of Genesis, that the planet was created by God in six days.

In the mental world of NI politics DUP have taken the tack that Corbyn is Pro-IRA therefore they are anti-Corbyn and are happy to back May.

John Major and Tony Blair both realized that talking to the IRA was necessary to achieve peace in Northern Ireland.
I suspect the unionists did too.

When Corbyn and McDonnell suggested much the same, they were more clumsy about (such as describing the IRA as brave) and this caused offence.

That's just for marching though; no vehicles allowed.

To be fair, if the geology involved was easier to deal with, it probably would have happened a long time ago. The problem is there is a deep sea trench half way across the North Channel with a million tons of old munitions dumped into it over the years.
