Hope your players have that thought in their heads too, and those who are certain starters on the following Wednesday will be taking it easy and avoiding any 50/50 tackles or unnecessary exertion. an86
Former QP player Ian Maxwell appointed as SFA chief exec, which is very relevant to us given our current circumstances. Not sure how much difference it might make, given it’s still the same idiots who were there when Regan was.

QPFCsince1867
It must help a bit. At least i’d like to think he will want us to still continue as a club and stop short of actually finishing us.
Hampden Diehard
QP's bid for dominance continues! Maxwell, the Scotland kit man, Malky Mackay and the best player in the international squad all starting off at the club that the SFA are doing their best to all but scud off the footballing planet. A touch ironic.

Bring Your Own Socks
Is this why the SFA want control? https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/43940913
JT1867
To be fair the sfa have wanted to get their mitts on Hampden for years. despite their protestations about the costs over the last few months, Hampden is a cash cow (even more so if the national team get their act together) and they know it. Hampden Diehard
If Hampden wasn't a financial winner, do you think that they'd be interested in buying it? They get millions for naming rights for the stand and from the catering people without lifting a finger. They'd get none of that if they moved elsewhere. It's all a big bluff that they'd move. Interesting to hear that there was a bit of trouble as people struggled to get on trains at Haymarket after the event a Murrayfield at the weekend.
