ardeerultra
James Latta supposed to be in the frame once he hangs up his boots at the end of the season. Would be an interesting one, Winton have been poor under Slaven
Ayrshirejuniors
The winton would be a massive gamble for latta as a first job. Look at there record 7 managers in 6 seasons or somthing.

Reidy7
Dalry will win league, Irvine Vic’s or Craigmark will be 2nd. Both those teams still to head to Station Park, as has Whitletts. If Craigmark avoid defeat to Whitletts then that will guarantee them automatic promotion IMO. Mon the CCC!!!!

Still don’t get it. So any manager who has to leave a big club goes down the spout? Nah. The worst that would happen is he would have to take a job at a smaller club and start again. He wouldn’t be considered a journeyman or a habitual failure. It would be fine!

tombo
RE: Winton job, whoever gets it will have their work cut out IMO. Nae money for players and operating in the third tier of junior football, not really an attractive proposition, despite their facilities. Guest
I would’ve thought the Winton job would be one of the better jobs to get in Ayrshire. Iv always thought with the right man in charge, they have the potential to be a premier league team

However by all accounts, Slaven's, hands were tied because McLean supposedly blew two seasons worth of player budget on this current squad and he was stuck with them. A massive gamble which has spectacularly failed if true. And before you ask my source was a former player who is well respected in the game and with no axe to grind.
