Any truth in the rumours that players aren't getting paid? Thank you.

Heard a rumour that ourselves and St Johnstone- Tayside's two most successful clubs of the last 50 years- are merging and building a 60,000 seater stadium in Errol. Will wait to see if it's confirmed on the Dundee thread before believing it.

So the reason Aberdeen are doing so well is because they aren't having to play a Dundee United side who are currently 14 points behind a St Mirren side that Aberdeen utterly horsed a few weeks ago?

It's a shit argument from Laszlo but generally speaking Aberdeen have definitely benefitted from Hibs, Hearts and Rangers all being shit in recent seasons (us maybe not so much). This is the first season we have seen a strong Hibs, Hearts and Rangers collectively for a few years.

The players paid for their own hotel up at Inverness. I think they did get their wages but there was an issue beyond the playing staff.

The 9 Glasgow based players wanted to go up to Inverness the night before and therefore paid for their own hotels rather than travel up on the bus with everyone else

Weird. Could’ve easily just drove to Perth and got on the bus no?

Were they planning on making a weekender of it or something [emoji1]
