Unbeaten (Scottish Football Clubs who complete their leagues undefeated)

With Celtic completing the domestic season unbeaten in the league, has any other club done the same? Cups are a bonus and worth a mention as well if the same club has won their league unbeaten.

Who are the clubs lower league, non league, Juniors or amateurs down the years who have achieved this?

I have experienced this myself in my very first season supporting a football club, Caledonian unbeaten in the Highland League 1982/83.

There have only been 5 unbeaten seasons across the top four divisions of Scottish football.

Si in 1897/98 Celtic went unbeaten and the following season Rangers won every league fixture. An omen for next season?

Though the press won't cover it, readers should note that Hearts have also gone a league season unbeaten.

Before WWI the SFL season only lasted 18-22 games and usually ended by Christmas, and there were supplementary leagues contested in the remainder of the season... Most prominent of these was the Inter City League - which Hearts won unbeaten in 1901-02. Celtic did the same in the Glasgow League 1898-99:

1898-99 Celtic 8-2-0 GL
1901-02 Hearts 10-2-0 ICL

Gala must have been raging .

Presuming TheMantis has checked all HL and EOSL then I can add the following for SOSL. However as with the above cases from Victorian times it is notable how brief the season was and I've only included cases where club played at least 10 league games.

1951-2 Wigtown & Bladnoch 8-3-0 SOSL
1961-62 Stranraer 'A' 12-0-0 SOSL
1968-69 Threave Rovers 10-2-0 SOSL
1970-71 St Cuthbert Wanderers 8-2-0 SOSL
1982-83 Stranraer 'A' 17-1-0 SOSL
1985-86 Dalbeattie Star 14-4-0 SOSL

Then some other examples from Senior non-league and supplementary football below, applying same 10 league game criteria:

Border Amateur Senior League
1902-03 Alnwick Percy Rovers 6-5-0

Border League
1903-04 Vale of Leithen 8-3-0

Central Combination
1897-98 East Stirlingshire 14-2-0

Glasgow & West of Scotland League
1898-99 St Mirren 7-3-0 (second to Morton)

Midland League
1892-93 King's Park 12-2-0

North Caledonian League
1937-38 Highland Light Infantry 9-1-0 (second to Caledonian 'A')
2009-10 Thurso 15-3-0
2013-14 Halkirk Utd 9-3-0

Perthshire League
1897-98 Scone 10-0-0
1907-08 Tulloch 9-1-0

Western League
1918-19 Dumbarton Harp 10-4-0
1922-23 Queen of the South 17-3-0

Western League Cup - league stage
1917-18 Renton 9-4-0 (lost final to runners-up Dumbarton Harp)

Surely Caledonian A must have been unbeaten, too?
