Tri-TON
4 trialists in pre-season with us, 3 of whom have been named so far either by the club or the press and all appear to be central midfielders: Ray Grant - released by Norwich, 20 year old holding midfielder, son of Peter Grant Craig Watson - 22 year old holding mid, released by Hamilton after 11 league appearances in 4 or 5 years Willy Furtado - 19 year old French Ivorian who played 27 times for Stenhousemuir last season and scored 7 goals from the middle of the park.Edited to add on Falkirk Wasp's say so: Connor McManus - 20 year old holding midfielder from Celtic who played a season for Alloa in championship and had an emergency loan at QotS a couple of months ago. Well that sounds fucking dreadful. Relegation battle again. -

Two days ago, you wilfully chose to use Gary Harkins as an example of why Morton are better man-for-man than us. Do you honestly think anyone other than that mind-cripple Gammy is going to take your opinion at all seriously?

roman_bairn
Not sure if it's been mentioned earlier on here but just wondering what ST sales are at St Mirren and how it compares with last season?

I guess with the Jack Ross factor and the host of new signings there's a real feel good factor around the club so no surprise to see sales going so well at this point.

There is definitely a real good feel good factor about the club. Jack Ross has managed to give us all hope and some genuine belief for the first time in years. On the issue of Rory Loy I've heard from some that the Bairns are offering him more cash than we are. Don't know how accurate this is but if true that's going to put you guys as front runners to get his signature. -

You're probably right but my family and mates would have renewed anyway even if we had been relegated.

Yep, just wish one or two more of our own supporters had the same mentality.
