Mental the late goals we've conceded and in both halves aswell, you just expect it now.
What's our record in derbies over the last three seasons? Two wins in 16 games is it?

We got the brushes out this season

Jim is right , Millar and Malone big losses yesterday, but far too many players failed to turn up yesterday, Hilson and Matty worked hard and Marc saved us from another drubbing.                                                                                                                                                                              It is looking like Jim's 1st transfer window may come back to haunt us, could easily have replaced 5 or 6 yesterday but nothing else on the bench really.

Great game last night, a real team effort, right to the final whistle.

If that level of play can be sustained, for most of the games left until the end of the season, then we should be okay. Depends on which team turns up on the coming Saturday's.

I hope Matty gets an extended run upfront. Not only does he cause problems to the other defence, he's a fit young lad that doesn't mind tracking back deep into our half if required.
Hurst and Josh don't put in anything like that kind of shift .

Workrate across the whole team was great last night.

I think out of the Arbroath Raith Ayr top 3 triple header i would have bit your hand off for 3 points. Anything from Sat will be a cherry on top. Just hoping for a good showing and any points would be great. Need to carry the form into the bread and butter games to really kick on.

RELEGATION RUN IN.

With 6 games to go it`s a fight between Forfar, Queens Park and Albion Rovers. On paper we appear to have the easier run in having got the Big 3 out of the way.

Albion have to play Ayr twice, Arbroath and Raith and Queens Park  have to play Ayr, Raith and Arbroath.

We have to play Albion Rovers and Queens Park,  the proverbial 6 pointers.

With Andy Munro out for 2 games Weir will have to use his Squad to get the wins required. Who knows ,even SCOTT McBRIDE MIGHT GET A GAME.

Good game tonight, with the mini Loons winning 3-2 against Tayport.

Goals from Penker, Johnson & Avolio.

The keeper (Shaw) had a couple of nervy moments.

Josh Peters & a new lad (?) Richard Roy up front but both subbied in the 2nd half. Peters not really in the game, with his ball control up to the usual standard. :ass

Jamie Gill was playing for Tayport.

I was worried there for a while but Ayr did the business against Albion R.

Looks as if Malcy's got them making a fight of it though, and they still have a game in hand.

They've been making a fight of it all season, 4th top goal scorers in the league, 7th top in the SPFL.  They are just awful at the back though.
