Poet of the Macabre
Have had a look at how each team has performed over the four quarters of this Championship season. Here is how each 'mini-league' finished (Note: I didn't bother to check the goal difference so teams with the same points may be in the wrong position) Quarter 1: Queens 18pts Hibs 18pts Falkirk 17pts United 15pts Rovers 14pts Morton 12pts Ayr 11pts Dunfermline 7pts Dumbarton 6pts Saints 4pts Quarter 2: United 23pts Hibs 18pts Morton 16pts Dumbarton 12pts Dunfermline 11pts Rovers 11pts Falkirk 10pts Saints 7pts Ayr 7pts Queens 2pts Quarter 3: Morton 20pts Hibs 18pts Falkirk 18pts Queens 15pts Dunfermline 14pts Saints 10pts Dumbarton 9pts Ayr 7pts United 6pts Rovers 4pts Quarter 4 (After 8 games): Saints 17pts Hibs 16pts Dunfermline 13pts Dumbarton 12pts Falkirk 12pts United 12pts Queens 8pts Ayr 8pts Rovers 7pts Morton 3pts Really highlights Saints' improvement throughout the season. Hibs consistent as f**k, if not spectacular. Rovers fell apart. United had a shocking second half to the season but somehow still have a shot at 2nd place. Distant Doonhamer
For us 18 points, then 2 (), then 15 and 8 so far from 8 games in this quarter. Consistently inconsistent.
BFTD
Interesting that Hibs never topped the quarterly table. Marathon, not a sprint, etc. Thank the Lord that it's looking unlikely we'll be facing Jack Ross in the play-offs
Jan Vojáček
9th, 4th, 7th, 4th. What a funny team we have. Totally deserve to stay up based on that though.
