I'd been thinking for a while that Allan Johnston might get a better offer in the Summer and Young would go to the Pars, but in this day and age it's just as feasible he'll stay, get off to a bad start, all his good work will be forgotten and he'll be panic-sacked. Seemingly he was in the frame before Hughes got the job.
