Dindeleux
Not as desperate as a thick racist like yourself is to somehow appear relevant to the forum. Better luck next time. You seem to hold P+B relevance in high regard VT.Sad.
H Wragg
On the last day of the 94/95 season a draw at Firhill would ensure both Thistle and Hearts evaded the bottom 3 when the top league was being reduced from 12 to 10. I have no idea if any 'discussions' took place but I definitely remember some bookies were taking no chances and the game was not on their coupons. All was going 'to plan' until Hearts scored with a couple of minutes to go. Fortunately for us St. Johnstone lost 1-0 at Fir Park and they ended up 3rd bottom. AyrshireTon
In 1994-95 Man Utd needed to win at West Ham on the final day and hope Liverpool could beat Blackburn. There was much talk of Liverpool laying down to Blackburn to deny Man Utd the title, which Fergie dismissed with his usual mind games - "suggesting that outcome is a great insult to Liverpool Football Club" and such. In the end the game at Upton Park ended 1-1, so the Blackburn result became irrelevant. They had been leading 1-0 at Anfield, but lost 2-1 yet won the title regardless.
