Redcar
John Coughlin is out of options for this. He's tried every permutation, but the team remains full of holes. On the plus side, the team certainly puts the effort in, and a goal would really give them a lift. Also by all accounts Clyde's midfield isn't a patch on ours. However, can't call this - could go either way. Fairbairn's return made the defence look a tad tighter on Saturday, but nobody even got close to stopping Templeman doing whatever he wanted. We can only hope Goodwillie can't be pestered this Saturday. Might be a good idea to get McKenna to wind him up in the hope they both get sent off. As for a partner up front with Rutherford, Cough should pick a name from a hat (that doesn't include Murrell or McKenna)

Make no mistake, we need to win this game and win it convincingly. We need an attacking midfield to support the two front men and I might even think about Goodwillie and Peaso up front with Gormley just behind them. If Johnston's fit get him on for his pace. Set ourselves up as we did yesterday and we are in the playoffs. Why would you want Johnston he has pace yes but does nothing with it has 2 assists and 0 goals for the entire season having played nearly every game not good stats at all! surely not!
Neither team kept a clean sheet for ages- 14 games for Clyde and 16 for Berwick. Not hard to see why they've found themselves where they are.

jd_mo
If Montrose win next week they will go into the final game against Clyde not needing a win. Perhaps they'll rest players before the playoff games.I'm clutching at any straw available If Montrose win on Saturday v Annan but Elgin draw with or beat Arbroath, both can still overtake Montrose if they lose to Clyde on final day. Can't see Montrose resting anyone in that situation.

Purely because he is near enough the only player we've got who is capable/willing to get to the bye line. If nothing else, he gives defenders something to think about other than marking Gormley/Goodwillie out of the game because no one else is stretching them. It's not rocket science, we need players to get forward and nobody else does, especially last Saturday when Forfar could happily have 2 or 3 men on top of our two forwards for virtually the whole game. cfcuk
Had a laugh at this when I saw it on the club website! Absolutely no benefit whatsoever to the loyal season ticket holders, and to think we now pay almost double these days for the "pleasure" of watching the pig-shit that is on display week in week out..... Don't really see the problem in a one off game cost you £6 pound more to watch on Saturday if it bothers you that much then ask the club for it back You should be more concerned by the amount of comps given out on a Saturday, never understood why players should get two free tickets that equates to nearly 500 quid worth of tickets in a season football is riddled with parasites looking for a freebie would love all clubs in our division to say no comps end of

Adolfo Rios
I do agree that the comp thing is a bit out of hand. Although it's hard to distinguish between what's a handout sometimes. You get handed a comp, once you sign your kid in, to get them in for free rather than just letting a kid. Especially those cleary under 16. I once had to hand over adult season tickets to get kids in (we didn't know about the sign in stuff) as the turnstile woman had already let my 5 year old son before I had even spoken a word to her. I got them back in the form of comps of course [emoji23]. Edited to add : as cfcuk says, we are shooting ourselves in the foot financially. Not huge amounts of money but every little helps and all that.
