Corbyn is still a raging Brit Nat and is no friend of Scotland.

That's my thoughts as well.

PNB only allow 2meg per day to a poor soul like me. I reckon to give that list it's due representation in images would be at least a gig. How about this as a coverall...

I don't think Corbyn is a raging BritNat.  Don't get me wrong he's no friend to the cause but if Labour were up here to vote for then I could question my stance.  Instead we have Scottish Labour

He's mibbe no raging but he's still a BritNat.
His party supports Trident and all its costs.
His manifesto waters down the reform of the HoL.
These are some of my grievances.

if Labour were up here to vote for then I could question my stance
Are you a committed independence voter?
If you are why would you vote for a britnat party?

It's because he's tried to focus on actually having morals.

You could say the same about May.

Her spell has Home Secretary invites close examination due to its general incompetence.

Agreed on both. Just trying to inject a bit of realism. Bit of a Corbyn love-in today.

Even if Corbyn did somehow manage to get elected, it would only be a matter of time before England would resume it's obsession with voting Tory.  Five years down the line and we are again stuck with the c***s dismantling any progress that has been made, brutalising the defenceless and giving out tax breaks to those that need them least, and selling off our national assets on the cheap to their mates.

Independence is the only way to guarantee that Scotland always gets the government it wants.  Until that happens, it has to be SNP.

I'm the same as a lot of Socialists on here, if I lived in England, I'd vote Labour in a heartbeat, but would I?
In all likelihood the candidate I'd be voting for, if they had a better than average chance, would be a sitting member of the commons, who have tried to stifle Corbyn at every opportunity, in an attempt to pro-long their gravy train ride.
I think Corbyn is a genuinely principled man, and he "as a person & politician" what I'd get in most constituencies is a Blairite w****r!

Look at the nick of this banger they've pinned a red rosette on in my constituency:

To be fair he couldn't be any worse than at least one of the former members for that constituency.

You'd never know he's the secretary of a Rangers supporters' club.

This election is beginning to feel a bit like the 2011 Scottish election. One party with a huge lead runs a terrible, negative campaign. The lead dwindles and the other party, who offered hope, win an unlikely majority out of nowhere. It wont be a labour majority, but the Tories actually not having a huge majority - as is starting to look a wee bit more likely - would be a crushing blow for them....and pleasing for everyone else.

I LOVED that video!

I'm paraphrasing but  - "Have a wee look at my website.  Peruse the contents, soak it in, then come back another day for a wee look."

Fucking. Gold.

Momentum is massive in politics as most voters are sheep

I think that Corbyns showing tonight will have a massive effect, if he's poor- Conservative improved majority, if he's good, Conservative majority with similar numbers- if he's great hung parliament.
This all depends on how the press report it - so massive Tory majority, whatever happens.
I'll add my name to list that will laugh their collective cocks off if it's a hung parliament- and judging by the posters that have said the same - if it comes to fruition, it will be a "well-hung" Parliament. Good night.

And seriously disrupt any Brexit negotiations. May wanted a landlside so that she could ignore 300 years of democratic history and batter through changes to legislation and statutes without the usual ponderous and laborious processes that keeps Westminster in business. If they have to start producing bills of substance that are subject to amendment and debate it'll be 2 decades, not years, before they're done. That's why it's important Labour do well in England and SNP do well in Scotland. And hopefully a couple of Lib Dems make it so there's someone to make the tea.

So, in a relatively short period of time as progress falters, false dawns dim, the Europeans start ripping the pish out of the UK and Theresa's got a few non-exec jobs in the City, the people of Scotland will finally get to the recognition that we'll be much better off out of it.

UKIP is proposing an immigration policy of 'one in, one out'.

That would mean if no-one came to this country (and who would, with UKIP in charge?), then no-one would be allowed to emigrate.

'Wanted Down Under' would finish.

Just realised I can vote for the "Something New Party". Only standing in Ross, Skye and Lochaber up here.

Exciting https://somethingnew.org.uk/

Never heard of my labour candidate before. Will never vote for Scottish Labour.

Only glanced their manifesto, but I actually agree with a fair bit of what I did read. Ending the war on drugs and decriminalising in particular puts them in the "some bois" bracket for me, as does their stance on the Military, Environment and Foreign Policy. With the SNP 1/2 to keep the seat, I'd consider voting for them if it was my constituency. Hopefully they get a few.

I had a glance at it as well.
I support a lot of what they are saying like getting rid of the HoL.
BUT at the end of the day as England has 85% of the population then their voters will still decide the foreign policy of the UK (among other stuff).

As Crossbill says ' Independence is the only way to guarantee that Scotland always gets the government it wants.  Until that happens, it has to be SNP.'
You know it makes sense.
