He has very obviously lost the plot, and killing innocent people in the street is not the way to go about whatever outcome he is trying to achieve. But he has evidently got severe mental health problems which have probably been harbouring for years. I genuinely don't believe this guy to be evil I think his mind has corrupted his body, I know that sort of stuff can happen. This is obviously at the extreme end of the scale though. So many people are retweet begging using the hashtag with things like "Don't scroll past, rt" etc or using the # like it's fucking advertising. The poor old guy isn't even cold yet and people are plastering his image everywhere to stroke thier own ego's. Suspected to be heading East too. Still not caught. You'd think they'd have it on tv more. All over twitter but alot of people will be without social media.
