Rovers v Morton

Recommended Posts

Hoping RR do your sorry mob tomorrow.
Your usual handfull of saddo roasters who usually pollute every St Mirren thread seem to be posted missing for some strange reason[emoji38]

And yet here's one of St Mirrens very own roasters polluting a Morton thread. Sit down.

Rovers have equalised once in 32 league matches this season (coming from 2-0 down to make it 2-2 at Tannadice in August). That is absolutely astonishing. Fair to say taking the lead is enough.

Additionally we've scored four goals when behind - two in the above Dundee United match, and two M'Voto consolations at Palmerston Park, in 3-1 and 2-1 defeats.

So you'd rather we didn't help you out by beating a team directly in competition with you for relegation :1eye

If everyone is fit, I'd opt for this XI. I'd maybe have Bobby Barr in for Johnston but Yogi hates him, so opting realistically. Really don't know what the score line will be, just know it'll be a shitfest, can't wait ha! IMG_1492256464.619597.jpg.b57161dfe6017ce965ddc2d2c631420b.jpg

Nice day for it. Come on Rovers! Let's all pull together today. Fans back the players, players put in a decent performance, get the 3 points, everyone goes home happy.

Except the Morton lot.

This team would have a chance. Hughes will more than likely keep Thomson at full back, keep Davidson in midfield, play Thompson in midfield, play Benedictus at left back, refuse to play Craig Barr in midfield, play Skacel from the start, refuse to start Bobby Barr etc, etc.

Skacel did not play badly last week just need his chances to fall to his left not his right foot. Really hope he scores the winner. At least he always tries, sometimes to hard. But the subs could be massive
