Thanks archieb for clarifying the situation for next season.
Not sure why the West cannot have this detail on their webpage for all to refer to ?

Correct, the "About the West Region" page still has all the old promotion and relegation details which are no longer relevant. This should have been updated by now, the AGM was about six weeks ago.

Cover for 100, if you buy the pre-fabricated terracing that's available these days, isn't far short of £10k.

A 12 x 3 metre structure sufficient for up to about 150 @4 persons to 1 sq mtr utilising 50mm steel box section and profile sheeting could be built for about £2500 if you could utilise voluntary labour, We relayed a large part of our terracing, about 350 linear metres at no cost at all. Monoblock contracters replacing slabbed driveways will usually let you have the old slabs free for collection. Just needs a few dedicated supporters with some time on their hands. And don't forget to add £100 for the beer.

There's a few slabbers on here.

In fact the current set of "Constitution and Rules 2017-18" for the West Region STILL refers only to the current league structure and the now obsolete promotion/relegation arrangements.

Hopefully this is only until the format of the transitional play-offs has been established, after which a revised version should be issued.

Yeah I'm sure you could do it a lot cheaper than the stand companies who specialise in pre-fabricated terrace and stands, if you had the contacts and the labour. Not many clubs have that option though.

That said, these 3G cages aren't cheap to build, £400k+ so I'm not sure why an extra £10-£15k on top to provide basic spectator facilities would be an issue, perhaps they were never designed to host semi-pro football in the first place......

Here's an excellent graphic representation of how reconstruction will work.

Taken from the twitter account of its creator @PollokFan or AMFC as he is known on the Pollok Fans' Forum

This looks suspiciously like the work of that crazy Pollok fan who drove everyone daft with his predictive league tables last season.
