Coaches and Soccer Dads Tool

Benchtech

Recommended Posts

Hi

Don't want my post to come across as an advertisement, but i am currently developing a football app for mobile use and would love any feedback. The app is an in-game stat collection tool for parents and coaches. Parents can track their child's actions during the game and coaching staff can use to track team stats. There are over 40 action modules that can be turned off/on depending on the actions you wish to collect. The App is called Benchtech Mobile and is available in the iTunes store for FREE https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/id1145980862

The android version coming soon. For more information you can visit our Facebook page@Benchtech or visit our website http://www.benchtechsports.com.au/#home look forward to any feedback.fbec95f80973453ee5b059700819fc27.jpg

I'm sure it's great, but junior football in Scotland isn't actually kids' football - it's "junior" as opposed to "senior" in terms of the size of the clubs as opposed to the age of the players.

You're far from the first to make the mistake, which is why there's an ongoing debate as to whether it should be renamed or not.

Still a useful tool to coaching staff. Is it considered semi-professional and are the players paid?

No problems buddy..we are trying to perfect the iOS (Apple)version before we release on Andriod-hopefully soon!

too many buttons and actions for anyone to use - parents & coaches watch the game - with all those actions all the person would be doing is looking at a device and miss half the games.  You are also in a saturated market already with many apps out there being used - mainly by pro clubs though as they have dedicated statos.  Simplest and best scoring app is usqor by a mile - why?  cause its simple to use during a match ;)

You are able to switch the modules on/off as you need so you can reduce if you need. Secondly for individual use for an average player being tracked it is around 50 taps a game which is around a tap every second minute, you shouldn't miss too much of the game with a split second tap every second minute.

Thanks for the feedback really appreciate it.

Also our club platform is being used by quite a few professional clubs around the world. IFK Goteburg, AGF, Braga, Gumaraes, Pacos and Ajax are all piloting for their junior teams. Isqor is a very basic version providing very little information. [emoji6]
